HarbourCold is a joint venture wharfside coldstore facility operated by Port Otago and Sealord Group.  It is  located adjacent to Port Otago's X & Y wharves in Dunedin.  This facility operates 24 hours, seven days a week. It has a capacity of 5,500 tonnes, with a store temperature range of -26c to 0c. The facility complies with all relevant Government regulation and is used primarily for vessel discharge (fishing) or container packing and warehousing for both import and export clients.

Port Otago Coldstore

Port Otago operates a second coldstore facility adjacent to the Harbourcold facility in Dunedin with direct wharf access via Leith Wharf.  This coldstore is divided into four rooms and has a capacity of 5,000 Tonnes.  It is primarily used for the storage and packing of fish but is also available for the storage of meat and provedoring supplies.
