Cruise is back

It was a big week at Port Otago, with the first cruise ship in two-and-a-half years - the Celebrity Eclipse - visiting Fiordland on Tuesday and Port Chalmers on Wednesday. Despite being 955 days since we last welcomed a cruise ship, both visits went like clockwork.
Port Otago will host 111 cruise ships this year - 14 into the Dunedin town wharves and the remainder into Port Chalmers - and 104 will visit Fiordland. The 2022/23 cruise season runs from 25 October to 9 April.
